At NOGU, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items. Simply ensure your pieces are in their original packaging to qualify for a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your jewelry.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our studio.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
